Kevin Kitz
Geothermal and Thermal Energy Storage
Kevin Kitz is an industry leader in geothermal development with over 35 years of experience. His work has encompassed the gamut of the geothermal power industry from the subsurface to the power plant, including reservoir, drilling, design, construction and O&M, as well as PPA and EPC contract negotiation. Kevin works with Teverra on a number of geothermal projects, including Synthetic Geothermal Reservoir creation, oil and gas well conversion to geothermal, and other geothermal and subsurface energy storage projects. He also advises on how geothermal energy reduces grid power, capacity, and transmission costs and reduces annual grid CO2 emissions, and as a result how geothermal energy applications can justify a large premium over other renewable energy technologies
