We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Geothermal Operations Manager to expand our capabilities in managing and operating geothermal projects.


Position Overview:

The Geothermal Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of geothermal development projects, from site identification to project execution and commercialization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of geothermal energy projects, ensuring they align with company goals and industry standards.

  • Oversee project planning, permitting, site selection, drilling and operations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, regulatory, and environmental teams to drive project timelines and deliverables.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, investors, and subcontractors.

  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to multidisciplinary teams.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support project financing efforts, including preparing technical reports and presentations for potential investors and stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in geothermal energy, emerging technologies, and market trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Geothermal Energy, Geoscience, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in geothermal project development.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale energy projects, including development, permitting, and execution phases.

  • Strong understanding of geothermal energy resources and technologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with the CEO and a diverse team of geoscientists and engineers.

  • Experience with project finance, investment structuring, and working with external stakeholders is a plus.

  • Familiarity with relevant environmental and regulatory policies for geothermal projects.
